Defect Inspection (DFI)
Do you want your products are all qualified? Then Defect Inspection will be your choice. Defect Inspection is an important and new quality inspection service which can be performed after a failed DPI (During Production Inspection) or PSI (Pre Shipment Inspection).
Why do Defect Inspection?
Defect Inspection is the only visualized and efficient way to let you know the percentage of defective products in whole shipment and to ensure if your supplier really reworks the unqualified products correctly. It will help you to save time and money on your imports.
What QC Factory will do for Defect Inspection?
The inspector will only focus on the defective list products, other specification of products will not be done.To sort out the previous and new defective items as many as possible during the working days assigned.
Before the inspection, We will review on the previous defective issues in last inspection, such as specific appearance, function defects, etc. You can propose new defective which might be effect your goods.
During the inspection, QC Factory inspector will open as many cartons as possible within working time, to sort out the unqualified products on defective list and also new defective.
You are allowed to allocate the quantity need to be checked.

• Booking the inspection 48Hours in advance (Before or after your supplier reworks the defective products)
• Online Payment or TT
• Inspector on site 9:30 am-5:30 p.m.
• Check your merchandise from the morning
• Report in your inbox and into your private space in 24Hours
