Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is the most important, reliable and frequent quality control method requested by importers. It is the detailed inspection of the products when more than 80% of the boxes are packed and 100% production has been done.
Why Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) is important?
Are you sure you will receive full quantity and good quality products? May be your vendor will some photos of good products before delivery, but certainly it is too few to know the real status of your order. Everything is too late when the goods arrive then you are just realize half goods are unqualified or lack of volume. To protect your right and benefit, it is necessary to make Pre-shipment Inspection. The inspector will check quantity, product details, test function and randomly selected samples in accordance with international standards to ensure that product quality is consistent with your specifications.
When to conduct Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI)?
In order to give full feedback of your order, Pre-shipment Inspection need to be conducted when more than 80% products are packed and 100% products have been finished.
